Customers outside the EU
VAT (currently 20%) is not chargeable for locations outside the EU, and will be removed from the order once you have selected your country at the checkout.
Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, and these duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Chatsubo has no control over these charges.
If you are unhappy with your item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange for a different size or colour (subject to availability).
Items must be returned new, unworn and complete with all original packaging and tags still attached. Any soiled, damaged or altered items will not be accepted and returned to the customer.
In the case of footwear, they must be tried on a carpeted surface and the soles must be completely unmarked. The box is also an important part of the product and must reach us undamaged if you wish to make a return.
All underwear and swimwear, must be tried on over underwear. Any soiled items will be returned to the customer.
Please complete the returns form (included with your order) and post it with your order in the returned package.
Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For this reason and for your protection, please use a tracked and insured service to return your item. We are not responsible for the postage costs or loss of returns.
Upon receipt of the goods and once we have completed a check of the package, we will issue a full refund.
